Camp notes

RINKA is an active camp so please ensure your child wears comfortable/sports clothing with trainers and brings a large bottle of water to drink each day.

We will have a break at around 11.30am for a healthy snack/lunch, which your child should bring along with them. A treat is allowed on the last day of camp!

Your child's place is not secured until full payment is made. Camps are subject to meeting minimum numbers and RINKA Midwest reserves the right to cancel bookings with full refund if camp cannot go ahead.

Please be aware that in the case of any serious negative behaviour during camp which impacts the group, parents will be contacted immediately and should remain reachable during camp hours.

Refund policy - cancellations made at least 14 days in advance of camp start date will receive a 50% refund, minus a €10 admin charge. No refunds will be given for less than two weeks notice of cancellation.
